Get snowed in with Stella (UK)
This winter sees the collaboration of Stella McCartney with Adidas, for fashionable yet functional winter sportswear. Ski wear in particular is famed for it's dated and masculine shapes, so McCartney set about designing hats, jackets, trousers, thermals and boots with women in mind. Jackets have pockets for mobile phones, ipods, ski passes and even a chap stick, boots have built in socks for comfort and thermal tops and leggings are trendy enough to strip down to in a bar half way down the slopes Source

"I personally want to know what I'm eating and what I'm putting on my body. Why organic food is better we can now figure out for ourselves. But you can absorb up to 60 percent of what you put on your skin."

Australia : Target to offer Stella McCartney fashion range
Outlets of Target Corporation will be stocking a collection of dresses, jackets and pants by famous designer Stella McCartney, to be launched only in Australia. Stella agreed to make the 42 piece collection because previously her designs for European chain store H&M were a big hit. According to McCartney, aim of the collection is to offer dresses which are chic and sensuous, yet comfortable. She wants more women to be aware of her label. Range is to be introduced at the 2007 L’Oreal Melbourne Fashion Festival. It will be available exclusively in Target stores from March 12, 2007. Stella McCartney is fond of Cate Blanchett, Nicole Kidman and other Australian celebrities, which inspired her to work for the department store. Link: Dallas Morning News
