New Skin Care Arrived!

Stella McCartney Skin Care has arrived. Everyone already know and love Stella McCartney for her modern fashion designs and naturally sexy scents. And now she's introducing Care by Stella McCartney, a unique luxury line of certified organic skincare, formulated with 100 percent organic active ingredients and zero percent petrochemicals or silicones. Inspired by Stella's personal philosophies, clear vegetarian principles, and commitment to help protect the environment, CARE by Stella McCartney, is a unique range of ethical and effective skincare products that combines the ultimate in pampering and nature to give your skin everything it needs, and nothing it doesn't. Sneak & Peak according to people's magazine. Sneak Peak-Stella McCartney Does Skincare. Already known for her beautiful clothing and accessories (that pals like Gwyneth Paltrow and Scarlett Johannson love), designer Stella McCartney is introducing a skincare line, appropriately called Care. Launching in the US in February on sephora.com, it will include seven products, from a cleansing milk to a green-tea-and-linden-blossom floral water, all made with 100% organic (0% petrochemicals, 0% silicones, 0% chemical preservatives) ingredients to match McCartney's all-natural, vegetarian principles. The packaging is gorgeous and streamlined and the products feel amazing (Stella stated: I'm addicted to the musk rose-spiked Nourishing Elixir already.) To let all of us beauty editors in on the big news, we were invited to lunch at a chic, modernist Meatpacking District flower shop. The designer, who was eight months pregnant at the time, couldn't be there so she taped a video message that we watched while dining on a dainty vegan lunch and testing the products. And then -- what else? -- a waiting phalanx of hybrid cars zipped us back to our offices. -- Elizabeth Lamont Photo: Courtesy care by Stella McCartney; (inset) KARWAI TANG/ALPHA/GLOBE Sources/Links Dallas Morning News People's Magazine Sephora.com Stella McCartney's Stores

Stella McCartney Spring 2007: Bright & Cheerful

Stella McCartney Spring 2007: Bright & Cheerful PARIS, Mar 6, 2006/ FW/ --- With models uncharacteristically smiling, Stella McCartney’s Fall 2006 collection previewed last Thursday here is Paris is optimistic, lively and full of life. Capes, trench coats and day jackets were cut wide; woolen knits providing the warmth for a cold winter. Sweaters with wide lapels worked as extra long vests and short-cropped denim jackets embellished with zips & buckles offered chic looks without going over the top. McCartney who is well known as an animal rights activist and continues to refuse to work with leather and fur continues to prove that a winter collection does not necessarily need animal skin to be successful. How Stella Keeps Her Groove

How Stella keeps her groove ? Samantha LaneFebruary 11, 2007. She knows she was born lucky but Stella McCartney has learned to make the most of her opportunities. She talks to Samantha Lane about family, fashion and designing clothes for "Tarjay". 'I'm full of contradictions," Stella McCartney says. "Which is good." Likewise, contradictions have surrounded her, many beyond her control. Like the fact that she was born to a couple of international superstars who were determined to put their children through a state school. Now 35, the daughter of Paul and Linda is discussing how she tries to keep normal working hours, like a normal working mother, so she can live a normal kind of existence. And yet this fashion designer has always had at her fingertips means and opportunities to do things the majority can only dream of. More... Source

Stella McCartney's Show "For Mum & Dad"

Stella McCartney's show during Paris fashion week was a heartfelt event for the designer and her famous clan.
The show was dedicated to her husband and son and "also for my mum and dad." When stopped by a guest backstage and told that Linda McCartney's presence could be felt at the show -- Stella smiled and said: "I could feel my mum, too." She paused, then said: "Stop! You're going to make me cry.
With one son and another baby on the way, McCartney credits her mother as setting the example of balancing work and motherhood. "My mum always worked," she said exclusively to PEOPLE. " A girl's got to do what a girl's got to do. I enjoy working and I enjoy balancing." And what does dad Sir Paul McCartney -- who watched the show from a front row seat next to Kanye West -- have to say? "She's just great. She makes it look so easy." -- Courtney Rubin Source Photo: Eric Ryan/Getty; Splash News
