Little Miss gets fashion makeover (UK)
British fashion designer Stella McCartney has become a 'Little Miss' to invite people to her show at Paris Fashion Week.
Christened Little Miss Stella, she stars in her own storyline which sees her transforming Little Miss Nobody into a 'somebody' by making her a fashionable outfit. A limited line of 1,000 books will be made and used as invites for Stella's spring/summer 2007 catwalk collection.
Former Chloe designer Stella, who is the first celebrity to ever feature in a Little Miss book, said: "I think it is great fun. The Little Miss books are iconic." Her character will also appear on a range of clothes which be sold in aid of the Variety Club, a children's charity.
Since branching out from Chloe, Stella has recently created her own perfume collection as well as collaborations with adidas and H&M.
